How to whitelist an email address in Outlook & Other Email Providers
Outlook has had a lot of different versions over the years so it’s best to do a search for “How to whitelist an email address” in your version of Outlook or your email provider and follow those instructions.
Whitelisting gives a strong signal to email providers—i.e., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo—that your recipients see you as a safe source. And they’ll generally deliver your emails to their clients’ inboxes—unless other spam triggers are detected.
