Technology Tips: How to Ensure Your Receive Our Emails

Adding us to your contacts list ensures you’ll receive our emails.

Follow these steps for your email provider:

Gmail:
1. Open an email from us.
2. Click on our email address.  A pop-up will appear.
3. Select the plus sign next to the person icon in the right-hand corner of the pop-up
4. Select  “Add to Contacts”

Outlook:
1. Right-click an email from us.
2. Choose “Add to Outlook Contacts”.
3. Fill in any additional details and click “Save”.

Apple Mail:
1. Open an email from us.
2. Right-click on our email address.
3. Select “Add to Contacts”.

Yahoo Mail:
1. Open an email from us.
2. Hover over our name and click the “+” icon.
3. Select “Add to contacts”.

AOL Mail:
1. Open an email from us.
2. Click on our name.
3. Select “Add Contact”.

For other email providers:
1. Look for an “Add to Contacts” or “Add to Address Book” option when viewing our email.
2. You may need to copy our email address and manually add it to your contacts or address book section.

Mobile Devices:
– iOS: Tap our email address and select “Add to Contacts”.
– Android: Tap our email address and choose “Add to Contacts” or “Create new contact”.
